With over forty years immersed in this tradition and direct tutelage under its esteemed founder, TKV Desikachar, Michael has emerged as a preeminent teacher of remedial breathwork. He has led two teacher-training courses, imparted his expertise at esteemed platforms such as the European Yoga Congress, and graced the stage at four World Yoga Festivals. Currently serving as the Chair of the British Council for Yoga Therapy (bcyt.org), Michael resides in Hampshire, UK, enriching lives through his deep understanding of breathwork and holistic well-being.
