Episode 83 - What Do You Expect?
Before you do anything, do you visualize it? Do you anticipate its perfect fulfillment? Do you stand in Faith knowing only a Good outcome? When you want to attract something into your life, do you give thanks, knowing it is already yours? In this episode we talk about the joy of living in expectancy, the impact of giving thanks in advance and how doing so is energetically different from being grateful for what already is..
NOTES:
Before you do or want anything, do you visualize it?
Do you anticipate its perfect fulfillment?
Do you stand in Faith knowing only a Good outcome?
When you want to attract something into your life (could be an answer, inspiration, guidance, etc.), do you give thanks, knowing it is already yours?
Do you awaken with thanks in your heart for the day to come?
Giving thanks in advance:
First establish yourself in the One Presence and Power
Claim the blessings you desire by visualizing who you are (vision without attachment)
Know that your Good is already established in Spirit
Create an inner atmosphere of happy expectancy
Giving thanks in advancemoves energy from worry/fear/fatigue to expectancy and recognizes God as Source and Supply
More about Faith & Trust than gratitude
Bouyant heart
Open to possibility
Dialogue and Inquiry
For what did you give thanks in advance?
How did you do it? What did you do to make it not be just an activity of the head?
What feelings arose around giving thanks in advance?
What happened?
How is this different from being grateful for what has already happened or for what you have already received?
Closing Thought
I awaken today giving thanks for Life and the wonderful day that lies before me. I visualize what I desire to happen and give thanks in advance for its perfect manifestation. If I am attached to a specific outcome, I hold to my vision while also releasing my attachment to it, knowing that this or something better is the perfect outcome. I stand in Faith trusting the delivery of what is already mine, and live my life in exuberant expectancy, open to possibility.
