Episode 321 - Conscious Cinema with Peter Rader
Waterworld screenwriter Peter Rader shares his journey from Hollywood’s chaos to the world of conscious cinema. After meeting his wife, Oscar and Emmy-nominated filmmaker and TV producer Paola di Florio, his path was transformed, leading to soul-stirring films like Awake: The Life of Yogananda and My Father, the Healer, which unveils the secret life of a gifted Qigong Master healer who grew up under the harsh restrictions of the Chinese Cultural Revolution and healed generational trauma. Peter shares his insights on the toxic patterns of Hollywood cinema and why he now champions storytelling that awakens and heals. You will learn about the 3-step creative process - Creation, Manifestation, Transmission - that he and Paola teach in their Source to Screen workshops, and their plans to reboot Waterworld as a mystical eco-feminist tale tied to ocean activism. This episode is a deep call to artists, seekers, and visionaries ready to co-create a more awakened world.
