Episode 380 - The Power of Unthinkable Forgiveness with Gissele Taraba

Why is the command to "love your enemies" so important? Author and TEDx speaker Gissele Tarraba explores this question, reminding us that what we’ve been doing up to this point (regarding the perpetrator-victim relationship) has not been working and bringing us real-life stories of unthinkable forgiveness. She is in the process of creating a docu-series featuring such stories to show the world the transformative power of love. Gissele discusses her journey from child welfare director to compassion advocate, and she and Rev. Carol share the unexpected challenges one experiences when following the call to higher work. They also explore the necessity of self-love and inner shadow work and the magic that happens when we live from curiosity.
