Marlene Watson-Tara is a highly profiled and dedicated health counselor with over 40 years of teaching in the health industry, Her dietary advice draws from the fields of Macrobiotic Nutrition, her studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine and her certification in Plant-Based Nutrition. Marlene's clients range from the movies and arts to members of royal families. She co-founded The Human Ecology Project with her husband, Bill Tara.
Bill Tara is a pioneering health educator and entrepreneur with 57 years of experience. He was the co-founder of Sunwheel Natural Foods and founder of the Community Health Foundation, the world's largest natural health education center. He also co-founded the Kushi Institute together with Michio and Aveline Kushi and served as Executive Director of the institute programs in London and Boston. Bill now focuses on The Human Ecology Project with his wife, Marlene.
