Episode 258 - Food for Freedom Part 1 with Dr. Will Tuttle

In his recently published book, Food for Freedom: Reclaiming Our Health and Rescuing Our World , Dr. Will Tuttle highlights the crucial connection between our health and our freedom, and the many deceptions we live under. From our earliest years we are trained by our parents and culture to not make essential connections, ultimately reducing our intelligence and disconnecting us from our essence. In this episode we explore what lies under the degraded state of our health, the exploitative nature of our social/political structures, and the crippling of Feminine Wisdom. Learn what it takes for us to restore ourselves and become truly free.
