Episode 99 - The Infinite Reservoir of Joy
Joy is different from happiness. Happiness is transient and depends on outer circumstances. Joy is an infinite reservoir that dwells within us and is independent of life's circumstances. Even when we are immersed in great difficulty or sorrow, we can reach within and find Joy. That is because it is part of our nature. We are being called now to learn, know, and become aware of Truth - that Joy abides in us. In this episode we share how we experience and express Joy and how we block ourselves from it.

Closing Thought
Awake to the Presence of Spirit, the infinite supply of Joy is available to me. My Joy can neither be taken nor given. It is part of my nature, independent of what is happening around me. When I feel my emotional state bending to the activities of the world, I know I can always go inside and dip my cup into the infinite reservoir of Joy. My cup is always full. I live in Joy. I am Joy.
