We are Stardust!

“Big stars, when they die, they explode and send their contents into the surrounding universe. And these contents are what seed future stars and future planets and help to seed life, ultimately. The iron in your blood and the calcium in your bones was literally forged inside of a star that ended its life like this.” Amber Straughn, NASA Astrophysicist

The Most Astounding Fact:

So that when I look up at the night sky and I know that yes, we are part of this universe, we are in this universe, but perhaps more important than both of those facts is that the universe is in us. When I reflect on that fact, I look up—many people feel small because they’re small and the universe is big—but I feel big, because my atoms came from those stars. There’s a level of connectivity.” - Neil DeGrasse Tyson

Dialogue Questions:

What inspired you and how does it relate to your life today?

How does all this make you feel?

When you ponder the vastness of Creation, do you feel small or large? Why?

How does reflecting on this impact your life?

What does it say about you, your beliefs, and your message to the world?

Affirmation

The creative forces of the Universe that make up all that I Am, continually seek to create in the image and likeness of Creation Itself. So when stuff happens, I don’t spend too much time questioning, “Why is this happening to me?” Instead I ask, “Who am I going to be in the matter. What do I want?” I create my life in this way, because I am Infinite!
